A site revamp or brand refresh can feel overwhelming, but don't worry; we have your back! We've broken down our process into four easy steps so there’s zero confusion.

Once you've submitted your request to work together and it's approved, our studio will send a detailed questionnaire about your business. To ensure that I deliver the best results possible, I send this questionnaire to ensure we craft a solution aligned with your business's goals.

The discovery process starts with an initial meeting in person at a local coffee shop or over Zoom/Google video. During this meeting, we will discuss your vision for your project. We will walk through your questionnaire and any other questions you might have about the timeline. Because our approach is collaborative, depending on the project, we may ask you to do homework for our next meeting to align with your projects goals.
Through these insights and brainstorming sessions, we will begin the discovery process, where we inform brand messaging and the creative direction behind your designs.

Moving on from the discovery phase, we use Strategy & Design to elevate your project. We're passionate that you love your designs and development, so we will provide two complimentary revisions after the initial concept review to fine-tune your project.

Brand Identity package turnaround time typically runs between 3-6 weeks, depending on the client's budget and the complexity of the brand work — again, no, we do not just do logos. Please refer to question 1.
Web Design Packages is 4-10 weeks, depending on how many pages a client requests per site. If this is a rush project, rush fees may be applied to the project based on priority.
VIP Studio Day packages are between 24-48 hour turnaround time; however, depending on scope, it could be a week long depending on the project.

We do! Reigel Design Studio requires a 25% or 50% deposit upfront before working together. Depending on the project scope and budget, we can split the payment into 2-3 installments. We accept several payment methods, including Venmo, Paypal, Cash, E-Check, and many major credit cards.
We understand it's a big investment; like any significant life transition or decision (like getting a permanent tattoo), you want to ensure you spend your money wisely and align with your business goals.

During our discovery call, we will identify what website platform suits your business goals. Squarespace is best for small to medium-sized businesses, and Shopify is best for e-commerce platforms; both are accessible and easy to navigate.
